Hello developers. My Name is Stefan Czech ([email protected] for more ask)
Sorry for my bad english! i have also a Fujitsu Siemens Storagebird extern usbhard disk. in the case lies a westr digital 10evas 1TB. the problem of the bug is not the case of the Fujitsu Siemens Storagebird and not the sata to usb controller of the Fujitsu Siemens Storagebird. the problem is the disk "WD 10EAVS" alone or the fireware of the Fujitsu Siemens Storagebird. i have open the case of the Fujitsu Siemens Storagebird "fuc.. of guarantee" and extract the disk. i will test the disk of a other sata to usb controller and ups the problem ist not the case or sata to usb controller. the problem is the disk or the firmware of the disk, because my karmic "Patchday 09/02/2009" have still the problem with other sata to usb controller. the disk work not with th other sata to usb controller. dmes-log's: Sep 2 23:39:15 meister-laptop kernel: [ 3716.626446] usb 2-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice Sep 2 23:39:15 meister-laptop kernel: [ 3716.627819] scsi14 : SCSI emulation
