same here but only since the kubuntus update to kde 4.3.1.
knetworkmanager keeps crashing every 30 to ~60 seconds

so for me this is a high priority bug since the normal user is not able
to use any wireless network (or has to restart knetworkmanager every
minute)

after looking further into it, this is already fixed in official 4.3.1.

it´s fixed since revision 1011743 and at least my 4.3.1 installation has
revision 1002781.
