nl-favorite-app.c should probably g_file_test the desktop file path in
nl_favorite_app_new (), so it can return NULL if the desktop file
doesn't exist.
nl-favorite-app should also monitor the .desktop file it's representing,
and signal the view if the desktop file is deleted, so it disappears
from the list (not sure if it should be removed from favorites at the
same time...)
