Still an issue in 8.10 and 9.04

Workaround: use a wired keyboard and mouse to install, junk all things
bluetooth and then restart with bluetooth keyboard and mouse

Seems like a conflict in bluetooth somehow, this workaround precludes
the use of any other bluetooth devices

I'll try the other kernels over the weekend or early next week
