There is no need to be frontal and aggressive here, I am triaging the
bug and trying to get as many information as possible in order for the
developers to fix the bug (I am a volunteer myself, part of the
BugSquad). It's a standard procedure to set the status as incomplete
when more information are needed. If those are provided then the bug
status is set again to New.

The info required are listed in the website in my previous comment,
which I guess you didn't read. For your convenience they are here again:

uname -a > uname-a.log

cat /proc/version_signature > proc_version_signature.log

sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.log (those are 2 v's not a w)

dmesg > dmesg.log

Feel free to reopen the bug (you have the same power to do so as I do)
once you have those info.

Thanks in advance.
