Seems this is resolved via LBM.  Reassigning to linux-backports-modules
and marking Fixed.  Feel free to reopen if I've interpreted this
wrongly.

That works for us to put Condor Peak code in LBM if users/OEM who 
use Condor Peak hardware are able to know where to get the support.
