Public bug reported:

When power up my PC from a Shutdown state, I can go to System >
Preferences > Sound and choose my C-Media USB Headphones to direct audio
to my headset.

After resuming from Hibernate state, going to the same place will result
in what I have captured in the screen-shot (SoundPreferences-
NoUSBHeadset.png):

"USB Audio (Not connected)"

And no audio will be heard on my headset.

I have to restart the machine to make it work.

This is my production PC, I would like some advise to run a command or a
script that will reconnect the device to my computer accordingly so I
don't have to restart it after resuming from Hibernate, which makes it
senseless to use Hibernate if you then have to restart...

Let me know if I can provide command outputs or debugs for this matter.
