I set authorization to "Change anything" and then I get this : Downloading bug... Bug title: Printer Oki C5800 is badly supported Collecting apport information for source package cups... Error connecting to Launchpad: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error You have to allow "Change anything" privileges. Sorry...
