As there is a crash report attached that we might retrace at some point,
we should keep this open for now.
I set status to "needs info" to indicate that this bug has hot yet all
the information needed to properly deal with it. In addition I set the
/retrace/ tag so triagers can work on this if they feel they have some
time and bandwidth to do a retrace.
