You appear to be running a patched kernel containing the tuxonice
patchset. It appears that this makes the kernel ABI different and
incompatible with the current LBM package:
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.28-15.49+tuxonice1-generic
We would expect to have to rebuild LBM against the headers generated by
the updated tuxonice kernel packages and install them as a pair. You
should check with whomever you obtained your kernel packages to see if
they already supply an appropriate LBM package for that kernel.
