Version 1.1.x is hopelessly obsolete at this point, so I'm marking the
backports tasks on this bug as Invalid.
Were any official backport to be made at this point, 1.3.x from karmic
-> {jaunty,intrepid,hardy} would make most sense, and would be best
handled as a separate bug.
