Public bug reported:
Neither the alternate install CD nor the live CD is able to mount the CD
when booting from a HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4320B. The alternate install CD
gives an error about not being able to find a "common" cd drive and
asking for a driver disk. The live CD presents a busybox shell, which I
used to examine casper.log. casper.log contained an error "cannot mount
/cdrom on /root/cdrom: invalid argument"
