Lite-On DH-20A4P is not an USB drive, it is an ATAPI drive. Apparently you are using it in an extra USB enclosure or with an USB adapter. Which one? Check for firmware updates not only for the Lite-On ATAPI drive but also for the USB--IDE/ATAPI bridge.
