Reopening bug:

"The install directory for *.policy files is now
$datadir/polkit-1/actions not $datadir/PolicyKit/policy"
policykit-gnome is looking for policy files in the _old_ location
/usr/share/PolicyKit/policy and should be changed to take the policy
files from the new location /usr/share/polkit-1/actions. Policy files
also need to be moved, but that is another problem altogether.
