Public bug reported:
With the latest proposed Linux kernel on Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty)
(2.6.28-15.52) I can't get any sound. The problem, as far as I can see,
lies with snd-hda-intel, which fails to load. Using the 2.6.28-14.47
kernel on the same computer I have no problems with my soundcard, so it
must be a kernel issue.
When I manually try to load the module snd-hda-intel I get a bunch of
errors in dmesg, they're the same as the ones that appear in dmesg when
I boot.
I have included the relevant output as an attachment.
