Gtk:
- Range: Added get/set_flippable().
- Widget: Added get_is_toplevel(), get_is_drawable(),
get/set_receives_default(), wrapping the new C functions,
deprecating the hand-coded non get-prefixed versions.

- Bump gtk+2.0 depends and build-depends
