Reopening bug and confirming because I'm experiencing this in latest
Feisty now, in almost the same fashion except that my battery state is
detected correctly. `acpi -V' reports as follows:
Battery 1: discharging, 53%, 01:15:13 remaining
Thermal 1: ok, 49.0 degrees C
AC Adapter 1: on-line
** Changed in: acpi (Ubuntu)
Status: Fix Released => Confirmed

Dapper doesn't realize it's not connected to AC power when I turn the laptop on.
