Hmm... i think the java issue is different from the issue i first reported here...
But the java issue is consistently reproducible. Using the adrive site , just trying to upload any file using the java applet the window is always not listed in the dock... I'm running the weekly ppa now [i usually forget to update the svn/bzr , so ppa is easier :) ]...
