Probably it is KDM bug.
I've prepared several tests:

Test 1
1. Install GDM as default desktop manager
2. restart PC,
3. all tests in Xorg works OK. No Xorg crashes with xterm, TeamSpeak, xconsole
(see below)

Test 2
0. Restart PC
1. While KDM is default DM running on :0. do:
2. $ startx -- :1
3. and in that Xorg prepare actions with xterm, teamspeak, xconsole. all OK.
4. Exit from Xorg on :1 (killing this Xorg)
5. In Xorg on :0 (started from KDM) prepare actions with xterm, teamspeak,
xconsole. all OK.

Test 3
0. Restart PC
1. $ sudo service kdm stop # from tty1
2. $ startx
3. and in that Xorg prepare actions with xterm, teamspeak, xconsole. all OK.
4. exit from X
5. $ sudo service kdm start
6. in new Xorg prepare actions with xterm, teamspeak, xconsole. all OK.

I'll try to prepare some other tests with KDM on this weekend. If anyone have
any information about X crashes in Ubuntu, please post it here. It is strange
bug.
PS
I will try to obtain a
backtrace on next week. But seems it should be backtrace of KDM?
PS2
also
$ xconsole -file /dev/xconsole
crashes Xorg (while it is running from KDM)
