Enabling the plugin by default sounds good. AFAIK , This was working as
such in intrepid by default. Not sure why this was changed.

This is the match which works in karmic:
(class=X-session-manager & type=Dialog) | (class=Gtk-logout-helper & 
type=Dialog)

Travis is looking into this [the match needs to be checked ], 
 he suggests to also not show the window decorations for those dialogues , and 
the effect is really good.

Plus setting the brightness to 50% gives the dialogue a good highlight
rather than appearing like a regular window/dialogue.
