-de and -eu add -extra-* to Suggests:, but don't actually depend on it
so far, so it seems that the original bug description doesn't match at
all.

Does it actually make sense to merely add a suggests:? Does anything in
our tools actually respect that, such as language-selector pulling it
in? If not, I don't think that this requires an SRU at all.

Arne, if you want to fix this, please reupload with a fixed changelog,
explaining that it adds the suggests instead of moving it, and please
fix the bug reference to not have a line break between "LP:" and
"#xxxx". Thanks!
