Hi Alex Well, I don't experience the problem anymore cause I got so mad with it I swapped to Evolution as my main client!! :D
However, I do still use TB with a different profile which has only got POP accounts in it, my old main profile was almost all IMAP. I've never experience the problem with the POP accounts only with IMAP. I'll add an IMAP to the current profile and see if the problem returns. After the recent updates I swapped back to TB for my main email for one day and didn't notice a problem but my gut feeling is I'd need to stay with it longer to see if the problem was really gone. I've not proved for certain but I did notice that the problem quite often occurred just after sending a mail. Regarding the timespan - I never waited to see how long it would last. It was probably never more than maybe 10 mins before I noticed the problem and killed TB.
