Public bug reported:

Hint: On dapper it works like expected!

On edgy I can't disable automounting for removeable devices. I've tested
it with the following devices: cd-rom, dvd-rom, usb-stick and usb-
harddisk.

As I know, there are three files account for automounting: fstab,
mediamanagerrc and medianotifierrc.

fstab:
...
/dev/scd0 /media/cdrom0 udf,iso9660 user,atime,noauto,ro,dev,exec,suid 0 0

mediamanagerrc:
[Global]
AutostartEnabled=false

medianotifierrc:
[Auto Actions]
media/audiocd=#NothinAction
media/cdwriter_unmounted=#NothinAction
media/dvd_unmounted=#NothinAction
media/dvdvideo=#NothinAction
media/hdd_unmounted=#NothinAction
media/removable_unmounted=#NothinAction

Let me know, if additional information is required! I've spent hours for
researching the problem! Because of I hadn't this problem in dapper, I think it
is a bug!

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
