I see no compelling reason to require a FFe for that update now, as this
doesn't fix any bug reported against Debian or Ubuntu, and introduces a
risk (upstream says "XOM 1.2 should be fully backwards compatible with
code written to 1.0 and 1.1 APIs"). Sorry for having let that one rot,
let's handle that for karmic+1.
