I had trouble finding an upstream changelog, but from your description
it appears that this release at least includes a new IPv6 loadbalancing
feature. Karmic is now in FeatureFreeze, so this would require an
exception. If you think this meets the criteria for exception, please
follow the FFe process and resubscribe the sponsors when/if it is
granted.
Otherwise, let's deal with it in Karmic+1.
