I can confirm the problem on Ubuntu 9.04 Kernel: 2.6.28-15-generic #48-Ubuntu Graphics: intel 82945G/GZ integrated graphics controller xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.6.3-0ubuntu9.3
It occurs randomly, but very often I'm logged of when I switch my KVM- Switch back to the jaunty-machine.
