Such a problem did not occur if Ubuntu did distribute supported software.
The official cdrtools are supported and include a workaround for this problem
that resuls from POSIX.1-2008 not being POSIX compliant. The workaround 
in the original software was introduced a year ago.....

I really don't understand why Ubuntu insists in distributing the illegal
and unmaintained fork instead of the legal maintained original.
