Hi! Try to run in console:
$ apport-collect -p apport 429676
Maybe the report apport was trying to process was in bad state, so it
gives you that error.
You could check the current crashs at /var/crash
You could try to re-submit the crash using: $ apport-cli -c
/var/crash/file_name.crash
** Changed in: apport (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Incomplete
