Apologies: This is US English, installed with Zimbabwe as site. As I installed from the LiveCD this was with OpenOffice installed as it is during a "base install" or what one should call it.
On first run of OpenOffice 3.1 I checked for help and got error message that no helpfile was installed and a hint on how to install it.
