Allisson, there's already Bug #430024 for the sync request. Also,
Mupen64 != Mupen64plus (even though there's not many reasons to package
Mupen64 now there's Mupen64plus). And there's already other bugs open to
request Mupen64plus, I just opened a clean sync so it would be easier.
Also, Confirmed is used during the sponsorship process for these kind of
bugs, especially since at this time it would be a FFE.
