Binary package hint: khelpcenter4
The "kde user guide" (labelled "KDE Users' Manual" in the table of
contents) that ships with the khelpcenter4 package is out of date. It
was written for KDE 3 and, due to massive changes in the function and
naming of elements in KDE4, is no longer accurate. Probably it does
more harm than good having it at all.
