Public bug reported:

atlas-cpp 0.6.1-2 does not build with gcc 4.4 due to missing includes:

Filter.cpp: In member function 'virtual Atlas::int_type
Atlas::filterbuf::overflow(int)':
Filter.cpp:28: error: 'EOF' was not declared in this scope

This is fixed in debian 0.6.1-4 which is mostly a bugfix release:

 atlas-cpp  (0.6.1-4) unstable; urgency=low

   * debian/libatlas-cpp-0.6-dev.install: Don't install *.la files.
   * debian/control: Updated Standards-Version to 3.8.3.

A sync on 0.6.1-3 is enough to fix the FTBFS and will not have any other impact
as the other changes are minor.
However, a sync on 0.6.1-4 should not present any risks either.

I've checked and 0.6.1-4 builds fine in a karmic pbuilder.
