Public bug reported:
Karmic's new loading screen with the white bars that scroll up
underneath the Ubuntu logo doesn't quite work. It looks like the
animation wasn't set up to loop at the right point: one bar goes up, the
next starts from the bottom, gets about half way up, then jumps back a
few pixels before it keeps going.
This has no effect at all on usability, but it makes Ubuntu look much
less polished to new users.
