Yes, I still have this problem.
In the libvisual-0.4-dev package, the control file (in the debian
folder) specifies "Depends: libvisual-0.4-0 (= ${Source-Version})"
It appears that the changelog needs to be modified to say e.g.
(0.4.0-1ubuntu1) instead of (0.4.0-1).
