Looks like adding --with-mp4v2 would solve the problem.
I think this would need libmp4v2-0 installed in order to actually use
the functionality, which is in multiverse. It's a question of whether
amarok should depend/recommend/suggest the multiverse package, with
amarok in main and all.
A similar situation to bug 83900.
