Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: sudo
It is possibly a good idea to preserve the http_proxy environment variable
during sudo.
If http_proxy is preserved, no_proxy, https_proxy and ftp_proxy should be
preserved too. Not doing so leads to an unusable variable state after sudo -i.
Apt-get for example does not work correctly after setting the proxy in gnome
with a list of internal hosts to ignore (10.0.0.0/8 and 192.168.0.0/16).
Can be fixed easily with the attached patch.
