Public bug reported:
LibSDL has a behavior where using QtSixa (I think just wminput can as well,
maybe it's any uinput provided joystick....). causes is to enter an infinite
loop on attempting to close the joystick. I have written up the details (what
code loops, what the data structures are going into the loop that cause it to
loop) in the upstream bugtracker here:
http://bugzilla.libsdl.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796
This bug is at least present in Jaunty. I can provide additional debug
if you would like, but the info from gdb is pretty cut and dry (though I
can't say if the condition going into that loop is supposed to be
'impossible', since that loop has been there for years without obvious
complaint.....)
** Affects: libsdl1.2 (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
