Thanks for your report. I've changed the component against which this
bug is reported, since the problem is not likely to come form the users
management tool.

Please get the file /home/USERNAME/.xsession-errors and attach it here. To do 
so, try to log in as the new user, then do Ctrl+Alt+F1, type your login and 
password (or use gnome-terminal from your working session). Then, type the 
following commands, replacing OLDUSER and NEWUSER with you login and the new 
user'slogin, respectively:
sudo cp /home/NEWUSER/.xsession-errors /home/OLDUSER/xsession-errors
sudo chown OLDUSER /home/OLDUSER/xession-errors

Then, you'll find the xsession-errors file in your home directory.
