This is bug is not valid for the Ubuntu Software Store, because the
mechanism has already been implemented. For example, if you search for
"imovie" it will suggest Kino and Pitivi, even though neither of them
mention iMovie in their descriptions.
Only half a dozen packages are tagged like this at the moment, but in
the coming months we plan to introduce a system on Launchpad for
contributors to tag more packages. We could not use either of the Web
sites mentioned as data sources, unless the maintainers of those Web
sites agreed to license their lists under the GPLv2 (the license of the
rest of the app-install-data-ubuntu package).
