Even after a reboot, networking works as expected. Feel free to close
the bug if you don't think that there is any thing useful to be learned.
If there's any other information needed that might be useful, let me
know.
Invalidating the kernel task, as looking back at the changelog it's
clear that the reason for the old kernel working was that it was from
before AppArmor was enabled by default.
