  There is a new version of ImageMagick upstream. This version adds many
  features, for example a blur option for the composite operator. This
  option is now referenced fairly often but does not work for Ubuntu users
  because the version here is out of date.
  
- The latest stable version of ImageMagick is 6.5.4-7, which can of course
