Your debug log is corrupted. Did you try to use 2>&1 on it? If so,
don't do that, and just capture the errors to a separate log and attach
those.
mountall is still waiting for your root device to appear, you have a lot of
instances of
udev_monitor_watcher: ignored (null) (not yet ready?)
in your debug log, and I'm wondering whether that's related perhaps.
