This is still happening to me and I provided lspci -vvnn and Xorg.0.log,
so I removed the "needs" tags and changed the status to New instead of
Incomplete so that it won't expire.
** Tags removed: needs-lspci-vvnn needs-xorglog
** Changed in: xserver-xorg-video-ati (Ubuntu)
Status: Incomplete => New
