Public bug reported:
It seems kernel on Feisty Fawn does not power USB connected mobile phone
like Edgy does.
I have Benq-Siemens EF81 mobile which has an USB cable to connect to
computer. That cable then provides power for charging mobile. This is
not the case in Feisty. There has never been any driver needed for that
(like older Siemens which needed Prolific module).
