i tried, and didn't manage to get any meaningful response. i tried
adding the line "ENV{DMI_VENDOR}=="Logitech*", RUN+="keymap $name
scancodes_logitech_wave" " after "keyboad_vendorcheck" as well as after
"ThinkPad Extra Buttons", running the command you supplied AND
replugging the keyboard, and in both cases absolutely nothing changed -
/lin/udev/keymap -i still shows the same (numerical) keycodes and xev
still does not respond.
