this bug remain in Herd3, today, i run `sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install debconf ubiquity` this packages was updated but doesn't work.
then, i partitioned by hand and without upgrade the ubiquity package, and now is working, but after of two or three attempts running the installer is like the partitioner fail with free space on HD.
