Karmic Alpha 6 LiveCD: With Pulseaudio reenabled

After the previous comment, I re-enabled the pulseaudio daemon, and
confirmed it running:

$ mv .pulse/client.conf .
  # Start playing an ogg audio file in Totem
$ ps waux | grep pulseaudio
  # pulseaudio now there:
  # /usr/bin/pulseaudio --start --log-target=syslog

Global output volume level now affected:

up-volume key: notification bar gets longer, sound output gets louder.
down-volume key: notification bar gets shorter, sound output gets softer.
mute-volume key: notification alternates with red X, no sound/yes sound.

The behavior of no output when volume indicator on screen is around 20%
still in effect: no sound when bar less than 20%, yet bar is definitely
above 0%.

Unlike in Karma Alpha 5, however, I can't tell if it's actually close to
no sound already. Karmic Alpha 5 would get quieter, but would still not
be near cutoff point. Here, due to possible linking of Totem's volume
to the global volume, I can't tell if it's just a notification drawing
error, or something else.
