The package seems to for whatever reason been corrupted during download.
You could try deleting it (sudo rm
/var/cache/apt/archives/kdelibs4c2a_4%3a3.5.10.dfsg.1-1ubuntu8.2_amd64.deb)
and re-upgrading.
