Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: humanity-icon-theme
humanity-icon-theme fails to generate an icon cache:
$ sudo update-icon-caches /usr/share/icons/Humanity
gtk-update-icon-cache: The generated cache was invalid.
WARNING: icon cache generation failed for /usr/share/icons/Humanity
This happens on package installation, too, but with above command you
can easily reproduce it. This was discussed in #ubuntu-desktop a bit,
but the reason wasn't diagnosed quickly.
We never had an icon theme with a failing icon cache, so the impact of
this is unknown and a potential stability/performance threat for Karmic.
Therefore I make this a release critical bug.
