Public bug reported:
On my herd 3 installation, NetworkManager doesn't work properly with fixed ip,
moreover is not possible to change the ip of eth0 via the gnome gui, the only
way is by using ifconfig.
Update manager doesn't install any update when clicking on update, is needed to
issued apt-get upgrade.
